Moët Hennessy seeks a Rosé Wine Marketing Intern in London to support iconic brands including Château d'Esclans, Minuty, and Château Galoupet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and execution of impactful brand events and activations throughout the year, including category-specific initiatives across the rosé portfolio
- Demonstrate creative and innovative thinking by actively contributing ideas to brand and portfolio marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Act as brand custodian across all rosé brands, ensuring meticulous adherence to brand positioning, DNA, and codes across all customer touchpoints
- Organize and attend brand tastings, events, and wine trade fairs, managing logistics and on-site coordination
- Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to support rosé brand activations in both on-trade and off-trade channels
- Liaise with PR agencies to consolidate and disseminate brand coverage across the rosé portfolio and support KOL and influencer sampling programmes
- Serve as primary point of contact for all brand collaterals, point-of-sale materials (POSM), stock management, and logistics coordination
- Contribute to the brand's CRM strategy and monthly communication planning
- Create brand and communication materials for internal and external use, including event collateral, presentations, and educational documents
- Develop and maintain a clear vintage release calendar and communication plan across the rosé portfolio for internal stakeholders
- Manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) orders, stock levels, and delivery logistics
- Provide financial support including purchase order creation, invoice processing, budget tracking, and expenditure management
- Serve as key contact for Sales Administration, providing up-to-date product information on the rosé wine portfolio
Qualifications
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas for brand activations and content
- Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to brand guidelines and codes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Clear, professional communication skills across written and verbal contexts
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute constructively within a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks

Experience
Entry-level candidates welcome; prior work experience or internship in brand management, PR and communications, events, or sponsorships is advantageous but not required. A demonstrated passion for wine and wine culture is valued.
Education
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
