Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and completion of external compensation surveys and customized benchmarking analyses
• Execute day-to-day compensation mappings and comparative analysis across multiple markets
• Participate in preparation, management, and consolidation of year-end compensation review processes
• Support international assignments administration including coordination with external service providers and database updates
• Serve as data champion for the Rewards team, mastering Excel and Power BI to develop dashboards and key performance indicators
• Assist with implementation of new benefits programs and well-being initiatives across different geographic markets
• Support ongoing and special projects as assigned by the Rewards department

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Demonstrated keen interest in Compensation, Benefits, and International Mobility
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools and strong data-driven mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively in diverse multi-site, multi-lingual, and multi-cultural environments

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level; no prior professional experience explicitly required. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate across local, regional, and global HR and Compensation & Benefits communities.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
