Moët Hennessy Reward Assistant apprenticeship in Paris — 12-month program starting September 2026 focused on Compensation & Benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with data collection and completion of external compensation surveys and customized benchmarking analyses
- Execute day-to-day compensation mappings and comparative analysis across multiple markets
- Participate in preparation, management, and consolidation of year-end compensation review processes
- Support international assignments administration including coordination with external service providers and database updates
- Serve as data champion for the Rewards team, mastering Excel and Power BI to develop dashboards and key performance indicators
- Assist with implementation of new benefits programs and well-being initiatives across different geographic markets
- Support ongoing and special projects as assigned by the Rewards department
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated keen interest in Compensation, Benefits, and International Mobility
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and strong data-driven mindset
- Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in diverse multi-site, multi-lingual, and multi-cultural environments
