Moët Hennessy seeks a part-time Retail Operations Intern in Berlin to support KaDeWe luxury boutiques with order processing, inventory, and SAP data management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and manage supplier relationships for effective vendor management
- Process purchase orders across all cost centers internally and externally
- Conduct goods receipt and goods issue entries to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Verify invoices and authorize timely payment releases
- Maintain and manage data across multiple systems including SAP and Lightspeed
- Support inventory planning and execution
- Generate internal and external reports to track key performance metrics
- Serve as primary contact for suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders
- Coordinate and implement special projects including uniform procurement and process handbook development
- Support product personalization and service customization initiatives
- Assist in preparation and execution of marketing activities
- Contribute to menu design and adaptation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Logistics, or comparable degree program
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail in data management
- Experience with inventory management and procurement processes
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently, including remote work capability
- Interest in the luxury goods industry
- SAP or other ERP system experience is advantageous but not required
