Moët & Chandon in Épernay seeks a Retail Merchandising Intern for a 6-month on-site internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of sales objectives for the Brand Homes in Épernay (Moët & Chandon and Mercier).
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and performance dashboards to monitor sales, deliveries and stock by product family.
- Perform monthly product-level reporting (deliveries, sales, inventory) and prepare the monthly business performance review.
- Support boutique, visits and bar managers in operational performance management and decision-making.
- Optimize product assortment and inventory to maximise sell-through, rotation and overall profitability.
- Prepare Open To Buy (OTB) plans and support purchase/order follow-up and associated actions.
- Coordinate product launches and visual merchandising activities with marketing teams.
- Consolidate qualitative feedback from stores and participate in market studies and sales analyses.
- Contribute to sales enablement tools and the preparation of product training materials for frontline teams.
Qualifications
- First validated experience in retail or commercial management (internship or entry-level role).
- Strong analytical skills with a disciplined, synthesis-oriented mindset and a taste for numbers.
- Client-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
- Rigorous, curious and dynamic; able to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in French and English.

Experience
Entry-level: a first validated experience in retail or commercial management (internship or one early-career role) with exposure to sales reporting and stock/assortment follow-up.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Merchandising or a closely related field.
