Moët & Chandon seeks experienced Reporting Coordination Support Manager in Epernay, France to oversee financial analysis, reporting cycles, and consolidation support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain standard analysis tools and comparative analyses using the MH calculation tool (Free variance), including revenue variance analysis (J+4) and operating cash flow variance analysis (J+8)
  • Develop, maintain, and update standard analysis and reporting outputs including Mid-Month Forecast, Monthly Activity Report, Monthly Financial Report, and internal dashboards with KPI tracking
  • Design and automate new permanent analysis tools in response to departmental requests, including specific analyses and macro automation
  • Maintain all analysis files in alignment with Topaz and FREE system evolution, oversee the responsibility table within template files, and ensure consistent application across all model-based outputs
  • Manage the Models database—a repository of all permanent analysis files—by updating entries following organizational structure changes and regularly assessing new reports for integration or obsolescence
  • Coordinate and deliver Monthly Activity Report updates (J+1 to J+2), centralizing departmental commentary and managing data validation for all client stakeholders
  • Extract SAP data for MHCS Mid-Month Forecast submissions (J+6 to J+7), validate subsidiary data completeness and coherence, and input adjustments as directed
  • Produce and validate revenue and operating cash flow analyses in both actual and forecasting phases, including coherence reviews and preparation for P&L validation meetings
  • Conduct currency impact analysis, reconciling internal calculations with LVMH group results (H2O system)
  • Support forecasting phases with constant-currency calculations, updated forecast endpoints, and contribution to the LVMH champagne budget book (Excel and PowerPoint components)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or business analysis
  • Advanced proficiency with Essbase Hyperion databases, specifically Topaz and FREE cubes
  • Advanced Excel capability including complex formula design, pivot tables, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in Visual Basic and macro development for process automation
  • Fluent English business communication
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts including revenue analysis, operating cash flow, currency impacts, and variance analysis

Experience

Education

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline; equivalent professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA) is valued.
