Moët Hennessy seeks a Regulatory Affairs Manager in Singapore to lead APAC regulatory compliance, product registration and public affairs liaison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze and interpret new and emerging laws, regulations and industry standards across the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on priority markets.
- Maintain and update the regional regulatory database of applicable technical regulations, standards and product‑related laws.
- Assess regulatory impact on products, packaging, labelling and claims; translate requirements into actionable implementation plans.
- Coordinate with public affairs teams to support policy engagement, industry forums and association participation representing company interests.
- Drive product registration, regulatory submissions and review processes in collaboration with supply chain, legal and market teams.
- Develop detailed implementation plans (timelines, responsibilities, resourcing) and track progress against milestones.
- Provide regulatory guidance during audits, inquiries and issue resolution; escalate critical matters to senior management when required.
- Design and deliver training programmes to upskill internal stakeholders on regulatory obligations and best practices.
- Support business development and market‑access strategy by identifying regulatory opportunities and barriers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in regulatory affairs, standards development or related public policy roles in highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrable knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Asia Pacific markets; strong familiarity with either Japanese or Korean regulation is required.
- Proven experience operating in multinational, matrixed organisations and liaising with government regulatory agencies or industry associations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an advantage.
- Strong project management capability with a record of delivering concurrent projects to deadline and budget.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally as required.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive regulatory affairs experience in highly regulated industries; prior exposure to the wine & spirits sector and experience working with government regulators and industry associations in APAC strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
