Moët Hennessy in Paris (7th) seeks a Regulatory Affairs Intern — Sustainability for a 6‑month on-site internship starting mid‑September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and compile national and international regulations and guidance on recyclability of packaging and products (sources include Citeo, Denmark, UK), maintaining an up-to-date regulatory repository.
  • Draft and update internal guidelines on environmental (green) claims in line with evolving legislation; translate requirements into pragmatic operational rules.
  • Design and deliver awareness and training sessions for internal stakeholders (marketing, communications, product development) to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Provide operational support for implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR): data collection, report preparation and cross-functional coordination.
  • Support global export operations for Moët Hennessy Maisons by preparing regulatory briefs, collecting and disseminating required documents and liaising with local teams across markets.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school or scientific degree program (BSc/MSc level).
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) — essential for daily communication and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and rigor in documentation and regulatory monitoring.
  • Well‑developed organisational skills with the ability to work in a structured, methodical manner.
  • Autonomous, proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
