Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the UHNWI and HNW market in collaboration with the Business Development Director.
  • Identify and recruit new Private Clients through personal networks, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Communicate the MH Private unique value proposition and service standards to Private Clients and key influencers.
  • Manage regional Private Client sales budgets and revenue objectives, ensuring effective execution and forecasting accuracy.
  • Act as a MH Private Ambassador through ambassadorial duties and high-profile engagements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to position MH Private as a leader in luxury wines and spirits.
  • Develop and manage key UHNWI relationships, ensuring delivery of personalized, best-in-class client experiences.
  • Lead and inspire a regional team of Private Client Directors and Managers, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of client development, sales, and marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.

Skills

Strong leadership and people development capabilities. Deep understanding of UHNWI client expectations and luxury service standards. Proven track record in Private Client, luxury, spirits/wines, or high-end lifestyle industries. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution excellence. Credible brand ambassador with strong presence and storytelling ability. Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and client-centric. Comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed, international environment.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in client development, sales, and marketing, with a focus on luxury consumer goods or wines and spirits.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.
