Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy the regional Off‑Trade commercial strategy for the VDM region in alignment with national objectives to maximize sell‑in, sell‑out, margin and market share.
- Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team and brand ambassadors to ensure executional excellence and a high‑performance culture.
- Manage relationships and commercial negotiations with key Off‑Trade customers (specialist retailers and self‑service chains) to secure portfolio visibility and long‑term business growth.
- Oversee in‑store execution and activation plans to guarantee perfect visibility, availability and compliance with brand guidelines at point of sale.
- Analyze commercial performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement data‑driven initiatives, working closely with Trade Marketing.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities for geographic expansion and channel development; ensure flawless execution of promotional and activation calendars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum five years' commercial experience in alcoholic beverages, luxury or FMCG sectors, with a strong track record in retail/off‑trade channels.
- Proven experience managing key customer accounts and negotiating with specialist retailers and modern trade/self‑service formats.
- Advanced negotiation and commercial planning skills; strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable with data‑driven commercial analysis.
- Availability for regular travel across the region.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive commercial experience within the alcoholic beverages, luxury or FMCG industries, including responsibility for modern trade or specialist retail accounts and demonstrated success in driving sell‑in/sell‑out and margin performance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
