Moët Hennessy seeks Regional Demand and Supply Planner in Paris, France. Support EMEA demand and supply planning using Maestro Kinaxis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyse sales forecasts for EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and quality of master data
- Lead monthly demand reviews with markets and facilitate forecast committees with Maison Supply Planning
- Ensure post-committee action follow-up and support markets in improving forecast accuracy and bias
- Control allocation processes and prioritise market demands following MH EMEA guidelines
- Manage regional replenishment planning using Maestro Kinaxis to monitor supply plans, parameters, alerts, and demand-supply gaps
- Control short- and mid-term replenishment, aligning with stock coverage targets and production capabilities
- Drive and support Regional S&OP and S&OE processes, aligning strategic, tactical, and operational horizons
- Foster and support the implementation or enhancement of Market S&OP and S&OE routines across EMEA markets
- Coordinate with Central Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to manage allocations and assess unforecasted demand requests
- Act as the regional control tower responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Monitor and govern slow movers and obsolescence, tracking KPIs and driving corrective action plans with markets
- Manage complex vintage switches, product introductions, and discontinuations, establishing robust phase-in/phase-out plans
- Participate actively in cross-functional supply chain projects, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives across the EMEA region
- Drive continuous improvement action plans to enhance planning efficiency, tool adoption, and process optimization
- Communicate core supply chain KPIs to markets, BDDs, and regional leadership
- Provide regular reporting on volumes, allocations, and sales performance
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering with supply chain specialization, or Business School degree with Supply Chain specialization
- Global comprehension of Supply and Production planning
- Proficiency in ERP/Planning systems: APO (DP & SNP), SAP
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including comprehensive formula knowledge, database management, and pivot tables
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Rigorous approach with attention to detail
- Influential skills and ability to drive cross-functional alignment
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to junior supply chain professional with foundational knowledge of demand and supply planning, or transition from a related analytical role. Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems and planning processes is beneficial.
Education
Degree in Engineering with supply chain specialization, or Business School degree with Supply Chain specialization
