Moët & Chandon R&D Intern in Microbiology and Biochemistry, Oiry, France – 6-month internship supporting yeast research.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor ongoing yeast selection trials and fermentation experiments
- Prepare comprehensive synthesis reports on the selection and characterization of house yeast strains
- Continue characterization work on Moët Hennessy proprietary yeast strains
- Conduct laboratory analyses, produce technical summaries, and support research communications
- Apply rigorous scientific and technical protocols throughout all experimental work
Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering school diploma in microbiology, biotechnology, or related discipline
- Solid grounding in fermentation microbiology and alcoholic fermentation techniques
- Knowledge of fermentation techniques and laboratory best practices
- Competency in statistical analysis
- Critical, analytical, and scientific mindset
