Moët Hennessy Wine Estates (Minuty) — QSE Coordinator Internship in Saint-Tropez (Gassin), France. Support quality, safety and environmental systems across a multisite wine estate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and structuring of QSE (quality, safety, environment) management systems across multiple sites.
  • Monitor, record and analyse quality incidents and customer complaints to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Draft and document qualification plans for dry materials (packaging and inputs) and produce technical data sheets for finished products.
  • Write operational procedures addressing standards and major risks, and prepare training modules for site teams.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with QSE procedures and contribute to the 2026 safety roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain systems to monitor water consumption, carbon emissions and waste streams; assist with carbon footprint analysis and timely data completion.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or Master’s degree with a specialisation in quality, safety or environmental management (QSE).
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Valid driving licence (Permis B) and ability to travel between sites as required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to write clear procedures and technical documentation.
  • Organised, concise and analytical mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
