Role & Responsibilities
- Support supplier negotiations and strategy updates
- Conduct category spend analysis and vendor evaluation
- Execute vendor creation and onboarding procedures
- Monitor Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process compliance and follow-up
- Review and analyze supplier contracts
- Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and procurement team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (6th to 9th semester) in Business, Economics, or Engineering
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Availability to work full-time on a hybrid basis
