Moët Hennessy seeks a Program Assistant — Formula 1 (Intern) in Paris for a 6-month internship supporting F1 activations, events and communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and coordination support to the F1 Program Manager and the Corporate Communication team across international stakeholders (Maisons, Markets, LVMH, TAG Heuer, Louis Vuitton, and Formula 1).
- Prepare, update and format project management materials — presentations, timelines, action trackers and reports — to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Support the end-to-end implementation of 360° brand activations and on-site event execution, including logistics coordination (deliveries, set-ups) and liaison with agencies and partners.
- Manage collection, archiving and distribution of visual assets (photo, video, digital) and contribute content to internal communications such as the F1 newsletter.
- Assist with VIP/VIC dossiers, guest lists, hospitality logistics and media accreditation processes to uphold luxury client experience standards.
- Contribute to post-Grand Prix reporting, dashboard creation and knowledge management to measure activation performance and preserve best practices.
- Provide day-to-day operational support during away Grand Prix weeks, handling communications, operations and on-site coordination as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sports Management or a related field.
- Previous internships or professional experience in project management, events, communications or the luxury sector preferred.
- Familiarity with motorsport, particularly Formula 1, is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is a strong asset.
- Strong organisational ability, meticulous attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment; able to work both collaboratively and independently.

Experience
Beginner level — student or recent graduate. Previous internships or practical experience in events, communications, project management or luxury brands is desirable; motorsport knowledge is an asset.
Education
Enrolled student in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sports Management or related discipline.
