Moët & Chandon seeks Production Engineering intern in Epernay, France for 6-month paid internship beginning Feb/March 2027. Support continuous improvement & ISO initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects under the direction of the production manager, including facilitation of working groups, tracking action plans with production teams and external partners, and internal communications
  • Lead independently an assigned continuous improvement initiative to be defined during the discovery period, such as waste reduction, site visibility enhancement, or cellar storage optimization
  • Support maintenance of active ISO certifications on the production site through audit follow-up, action plan management, standard training reinforcement, and compliance activities
  • Contribute additional operational missions based on individual experience, commitment level, and profile requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering program with specialization in industrial management or operations
  • Strong interpersonal and team integration skills with demonstrated ability to build consensus and advocate for ideas
  • Comfortable working in field-based environments and hands-on operational settings
  • Rigorous, organized approach with strong analytical, synthesis, and creative capabilities

Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed an engineering degree with specialization in industrial management, operations, or related discipline.
