Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of annual brand plans across PR, Friends of the House, and retail channels, identifying partnership and premium retail opportunities
- Develop FOTH engagement strategies aligned with global campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholder teams
- Monitor market trends, media and influencer landscape, and competitor activity to identify best practices and growth opportunities
- Lead Friends of the House strategy execution, managing relationships with influencers, media tastemakers, celebrities, and brand advocates
- Oversee all engagement activities including gifting, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment and measurable business impact
- Develop and execute PR strategies for product launches and campaigns, manage agency relationships, and coordinate media outreach and editorial opportunities
- Plan and execute events and brand experiences while tracking performance metrics through post-campaign analysis
- Drive implementation of retail visibility and activation plans across multiple channels while maintaining premium brand standards
- Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to deploy tools and materials effectively
- Monitor in-store execution through regular retail visits, provide improvement recommendations, and support commercial initiatives
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and supporting brand education initiatives
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, including tracking, reporting, and administrative oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, PR, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, PR, communications, or trade marketing roles
- Proven experience working with influencers, media, agencies, and external partners
- Demonstrated success executing integrated 360° marketing plans across PR, retail, experiential, and digital channels
- Experience in luxury or premium brand environments (fashion, beauty, hospitality, wine & spirits highly valued)
- Background in retail execution, merchandising, or trade marketing (preferred)
- Strong relationship-building capabilities across influencers, media, partners, and cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, public relations, communications, or trade marketing roles, preferably within luxury or premium brand environments. Demonstrated expertise in executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including PR, experiential, retail, and digital touchpoints. Prior experience managing influencer relationships, agency partnerships, and cross-functional project teams is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
