Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and scale commercial reporting, analytics and data products to maximize sales performance and market opportunity identification.
- Own product roadmaps: evaluate business potential versus level of effort, prioritize initiatives, and drive delivery in partnership with IT, COE and commercial stakeholders.
- Operationalize commercial data products to embed adoption across sales teams, including training programs, governance and usage monitoring.
- Act as data owner and primary liaison between Commercial, IT, COE and third‑party vendors to define business rules, data ingestion standards and long‑term pipelines.
- Establish and maintain a Commercial Insights knowledge library and ensure data quality, access controls and stewardship best practices.
- Influence senior leadership with strategic, issue‑based presentations and translate analytical insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Continuously identify synergies across datasets, surface growth/profit pools, and propose product extensions that align business needs with technical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in marketing/business preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of data/product experience in a consumer packaged goods or related commercial environment, building and activating data products.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams and in influencing senior leadership.
- Proven track record of driving transformation and adoption of data best practices within complex, multi‑stakeholder organisations.
- U.S. three‑tier wines & spirits system experience preferred; some global exposure preferred.

Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on data/product experience in a packaged goods or similar commercial environment, with demonstrated success building, deploying and activating data products to drive business outcomes. Some global exposure and prior wines & spirits three‑tier system experience are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
