Moët Hennessy — Miami: Private Client Manager to cultivate UHNWI relationships, lead prestige sales and curate bespoke client experiences (hybrid/remote).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies with the Private Client Director to grow sales to (U)HNWI clients and expand the private client book of business.
  • Own the full sales cycle for prestige and rarities offers — prospecting, relationship cultivation, pricing and contracting, order management, delivery coordination and after‑sales follow up.
  • Act as brand ambassador through hosting and curating bespoke client experiences, private tastings, events and one‑to‑one introductions to strengthen loyalty and generate high‑value transactions.
  • Maintain and update the MH CRM database with accurate client data, activity logs and sales forecasts while ensuring strict compliance with data‑privacy requirements (PDPA) and internal guidelines.
  • Build strategic partnerships with aligned luxury brands and internal marketing teams to design targeted campaigns and activations that drive client engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of proven luxury sales experience, ideally combining marketing or brand management with direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) responsibility.
  • Established network and demonstrable book of business within the U.S. (U)HNWI market.
  • Track record of selling prestige or limited‑edition luxury products and closing complex, high‑value transactions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to manage pipeline, invoicing and delivery processes end‑to‑end.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and event hosting skills, with high standards of professionalism and discretion.
  • Commitment to compliance, data protection and ethical conduct; authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
