Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a tailored sales and engagement strategy targeting Ultra-High-Net-Worth and VIP clients to grow brand presence and revenue within the assigned portfolio.
  • Identify and recruit new private clients and premium partners; proactively generate business development opportunities and bespoke client acquisition initiatives.
  • Design and implement personalised promotions, experiential activations and hospitality-led events to reinforce brand desirability and deepen client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and cumulative sales, profitability and brand-health KPIs; recommend pricing, visibility and resource allocations aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Represent the portfolio through ambassadorial duties and confident storytelling at events and private introductions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to align private client activity with broader brand initiatives and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private client management, luxury retail or luxury alcoholic beverages, with demonstrable results.
  • Established network or proven track record engaging UHNWI/VIP clientele and premium partners.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to manage stakeholders across local, regional and global teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to plan and execute bespoke client programs independently.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is highly desirable.
