Moët Hennessy seeks Private Client Manager in Brussels to lead UHNWI sales, luxury experiences, and account management across Benelux.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit and strategically develop UHNWI client relationships across the Netherlands and Belgium, leveraging market intelligence and luxury partnerships to expand the Private Client portfolio
- Develop and execute comprehensive clienteling and allocation strategies aligned with Moët Hennessy's commercial priorities, ensuring maximum revenue optimization and market penetration
- Provide concierge-level service and responsiveness to the UHNWI universe, anticipating individual client preferences and delivering personalized luxury experiences that transcend product offerings
- Conceptualize, orchestrate, and host curated brand experiences including tastings, intimate dinners, Maison visits, and exclusive events that build emotional connections and drive premiumization
- Manage P&L accountability including revenue, FTT (fixtures, fittings and testing), A&P (Advertising and Promotion), and T&E (Travel and Entertainment) budgets; implement pricing strategies and RSP (Recommended Selling Price) guidelines
- Leverage CRM platforms and data-driven insights to monitor client segmentation, activate target-oriented initiatives, and drive continuous business intelligence sharing with internal stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate commercial performance against profit and revenue objectives, and execute corrective action plans to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
- Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with luxury ecosystem players—including yachting, private aviation, and automotive brands, as well as LVMH subsidiaries—to co-create premium experiences
- Ensure all client engagement activities comply with GDPR regulations; professionally manage allocations, client claims, returns, and supply chain matters with operational excellence
- Collaborate with domestic sales teams, Brand Management, and Marketing functions to align client universe development and cross-channel selling strategies
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Economics, or MBA from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury sales, account management, or private client services with direct UHNWI relationship management responsibility
- Proven track record of success in driving strategic projects and delivering measurable commercial transformation within luxury retail or high-end hospitality environments
- Deep working knowledge of UHNWI psychographics, aspirations, and the luxury market ecosystem; established network of ultra-high-net-worth individuals or demonstrated ability to cultivate such relationships
- Exceptional storytelling and emotional intelligence; ability to create bespoke, memorable brand narratives and experiences that resonate with discerning clientele
- Fluency in French, English, and Dutch (all languages required at professional proficiency)
- WSET Level 2 Wine & Spirits certification or equivalent wine knowledge preferred; demonstrated passion for wine, Champagne, spirits, and French culture

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury sales, account management, or private client services, demonstrating a successful track record of building strategic relationships with affluent clientele, driving revenue growth through direct sales initiatives, and managing complex, high-value accounts in luxury retail or hospitality environments. Experience in strategic project leadership and commercial transformation is highly valued; prior work within the wines, spirits, or luxury goods sectors is preferred but not essential.
Education
University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent discipline. MBA or advanced business qualification is advantageous. WSET Level 2 Wine & Spirits certification or comparable wine education is preferred.
