Moët Hennessy seeks Private Client Manager in Brussels to lead UHNWI sales across Belgium & Netherlands in hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop relationships with selected ultra-high-net-worth individuals across Belgium and the Netherlands, with emphasis on strategic acquisition and network expansion
- Provide exceptional service levels, responsiveness, and concierge-style support to private clients, anticipating and exceeding individual wishes and preferences
- Create and execute clienteling strategies, allocation plans, and target-oriented activations based on client segmentation and premiumization opportunities
- Develop and host exclusive selling events including tastings, dinners, brand experiences, and Maison visits to build emotional connection and desirability
- Manage CRM software systems to capture client intelligence, stimulate sales opportunities, and extend personalized service offerings
- Drive revenue and profit targets, achieve budget objectives for sales, pricing, and promotional expenditure, and monitor key performance indicators with corrective action protocols
- Collaborate with domestic sales teams, Brand Management, and LVMH partnerships to develop network coverage and align on strategic objectives
- Ensure all client activities and data handling comply with GDPR regulations and company governance standards
- Handle client allocations, complaints, and supply-chain issues with professionalism and discretion
- Share activation best practices with internal teams and identify emerging trends within the luxury market
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, MBA, or comparable business education
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in luxury sales, account management, or private client services with direct client contact
- Proven track record in driving strategic projects and transformations in a luxury environment
- Strong understanding of ultra-high-net-worth client psychology and the luxury consumer ecosystem
- Established network of or ability to cultivate UHNWI relationships with demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention
- Exceptional storytelling ability and capacity to create memorable, emotionally resonant experiences beyond transactional sales
- Deep passion and knowledge of wine, Champagne, spirits, and French culture (art de vivre)
- Creativity in conceptualizing and executing unique, bespoke events and partnerships with luxury brands
- WSET Level 2 certification (preferred)
- Marketing background including digital marketing implementation experience (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, luxury hospitality, or private client management, including roles involving direct client contact and account stewardship. Successful track record demonstrating strategic project leadership, transformation initiatives, and revenue growth in a luxury sales environment.
Education
University degree in Business, MBA, or comparable business education is required.
