Moët Hennessy Private Client Executive (1-Year Contract) in Seoul. Support luxury wine and spirits client experiences in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle sales administration including order processing, payment management, pricing updates, and delivery coordination
- Support reporting, offers, presentations, and documentation for the private client team
- Conduct market research on competitor pricing, parallel imports, and market trends analysis
- Track allocations and inventory levels across the private client portfolio
- Plan and execute client activations and engagement activities aligned with Maison guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams, Maisons, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage comprehensive event logistics before, during, and after activations
- Prepare event materials including menus, invitations, booklets, and point-of-sale materials
- Organize Maison visits, wine tours, restaurant bookings, and client transfers
- Support CRM initiatives based on client segmentation and strategic priorities
- Coordinate bespoke gifting for top clients during festive seasons or special occasions
- Track advertising and promotion spending and maintain the Private Client activation calendar
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of sales support experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software
- Strong customer focus with commercial acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills for team and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and results-focused mindset
- Fluent in Korean (essential) and English
- Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods (highly desirable)
