Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome private clients with elegance, discretion, and professionalism while maintaining impeccable personal appearance and posture throughout all client interactions
• Prepare client visits in coordination with the Private Apartment Manager and Ambassador, including organizing bottles, decanting wines when required, and staging the environment for optimal presentation
• Support front-of-house service during lunches, dinners, tastings, and private appointments, ensuring seamless guest experience and appropriate attention to detail
• Manage back-office operational needs including stationery, IT equipment, and miscellaneous supplies; coordinate bottle inventory flows following events and tastings
• Participate in biannual inventory cycles and their administrative preparation, maintaining rigorous stock controls and supporting invoicing documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to address last-minute client preferences and operational priorities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated luxury hospitality mindset with understanding of high-end service standards and private client expectations
• Impeccable personal appearance, professional posture, and refined communication skills in French and English
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion regarding client information and sensitive environments
• Strong organizational capability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt to changing client requests
• Proven reliability in administrative tracking, inventory management, and operational coordination

Skills

Experience

Beginner level. No prior professional experience is required; however, exposure to luxury hospitality environments, private client services, or high-end retail is advantageous.

Education

Secondary school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; hospitality or service management coursework is a plus.
