Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the national Prestige Development strategy for Dom Pérignon, Krug and Ruinart
  • Identify, recruit and grow Krug Ambassades across Australia
  • Expand the Dom Pérignon Society network through strategic venue acquisition and relationship management
  • Drive Ruinart visibility, listings and flagship partnerships within leading luxury hospitality destinations
  • Lead a strategic Top 100 Venue Influence Plan to secure and grow Moët Hennessy's presence in Australia's most influential venues
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Marketing and Brand teams to unlock new prestige growth opportunities
  • Provide market intelligence on hospitality trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with sommeliers, beverage directors, chefs, restaurateurs and luxury hospitality influencers
  • Act as a leading advocate for Dom Pérignon, Krug and Ruinart in the Australian market
  • Deliver prestige masterclasses, trainings and immersive brand experiences
  • Represent Moët Hennessy at key trade, culinary and luxury lifestyle events
  • Develop advocacy programs that strengthen loyalty, recommendation and long-term brand affinity
  • Develop and lead the MHANZ Prestige Education strategy
  • Deliver internal training on Maison heritage, storytelling, service rituals and prestige selling
  • Create and manage train-the-trainer programs across Sales, Marketing and Customer Marketing
  • Support WSET and other educational initiatives
  • Establish consistent luxury hospitality standards and best-practice frameworks
  • Track capability development and evolve training content to meet business needs

Qualifications

  • WSET Level 2 certification (minimum requirement)
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality and prestige wine
  • Established network within premium hospitality, fine dining and luxury lifestyle sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional relationship-building, presentation and storytelling skills
  • Passion for luxury experiences, gastronomy and hospitality excellence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities
