Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead an overarching PR and amplification strategy for the North Asia cluster, aligning global brand direction with local market dynamics.
- Design and implement a unified framework for media relations, corporate communications, press materials and crisis response across cluster markets.
- Develop and execute a K‑Wave strategy: conduct cultural research, translate insights into activations, educate internal teams and propose cross‑border initiatives.
- Source, negotiate and manage relationships with celebrities, KOLs and influencers — from selection and contracting to co‑creation and performance measurement.
- Standardise influencer and KOL processes, guidelines and legal/compliance checks across markets to ensure brand consistency.
- Lead agency partnerships for PR, influence and K‑Wave activations; set clear briefs, negotiate contracts and optimise agency spend for ROI.
- Define KPIs, implement measurement frameworks and report on performance of PR, influencer and K‑Wave initiatives to senior leadership.
- Manage and track cluster budgets for PR, influence and K‑Wave programmes, ensuring efficient allocation and financial accountability.
- Identify synergies across markets and drive cross‑border projects to maximise impact and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in PR, communications, influencer marketing or related disciplines, with demonstrable cluster or multi‑market responsibility.
- Proven track record in luxury consumer goods or FMCG, ideally with experience executing cross‑border activations in North Asia.
- Deep expertise in K‑Wave cultural trends and proven ability to convert cultural insight into brand activations and partnerships.
- Extensive experience managing celebrity, talent and KOL relationships including negotiation, contracting and content collaboration.
- Strong financial acumen with experience setting KPIs, managing sizable budgets and demonstrating ROI for communications programmes.
- Fluency in Korean and English; additional regional languages highly desirable.

Minimum 10 years of progressively senior experience in PR, communications or influencer marketing, with cluster‑level leadership across North Asia; luxury or FMCG industry experience strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
