Moët Hennessy seeks a PMO & Security Governance Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris/Levallois‑Perret starting Sept 2026 for its Information Systems Security team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the cyber risk management process by participating in risk assessments for IT projects and initiatives.
- Identify and recommend cybersecurity measures aligned with identified risks.
- Conduct reviews of information security processes and perform third‑party cybersecurity maturity testing.
- Contribute to compliance audits against standards (ISO) and update the related documentation base.
- Help define and monitor security KPIs and performance indicators.
- Assist in the deployment and communication of the corporate Information Security policy (PSSI).
- Support local correspondents in designing and implementing cybersecurity governance tools.
- Accompany project teams and business stakeholders through Security and Privacy Assessments, integrating security into project design and architecture.
- Prepare and deliver awareness and training actions for end users and IT experts to promote a cybersecurity culture.
- Contribute to external technology watch and produce recommendations to address emerging cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 engineering school or equivalent university programme (apprenticeship required).
- Available for a 1- to 2‑year alternance starting September 2026, based in Paris / Levallois‑Perret.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong foundations in IT and in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and cybersecurity concepts.
- Curious, proactive, creative and able to work across functions; strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
- Certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, ISO-related certifications) are a plus.
