About Moët Hennessy
Moët Hennessy is the wines & spirits division of LVMH, comprising prestigious maisons such as Dom Pérignon, Ruinart, Krug and Hennessy. Its global IT organisation, Moët Hennessy Information Services & Technology (MH IS&T), delivers core-model solutions across the value chain — from vineyards to B2B and B2C sales — and operates as a network of product-platform teams and regional delivery units.
Moët Hennessy — Paris (Levallois-Perret): Platform Communication & Value Management Apprentice (alternance) starting Sep 2026.

- Build and animate the solutions’ communities; propose improvements to request qualification and processing to reduce time-to-market while upholding MH IS&T standards.
- Measure and communicate platform value: design and run user satisfaction surveys, analyse results and trends, present findings to Business Process Owners and monitor follow-up action plans.
- Track usage and value indicators (support tickets, logins, perceived business value); support automation of metrics and creation of dashboards (including in MY IT).
- Support platform run: verify Move-to-Run compliance, ensure support tickets are routed correctly and escalate urgent issues to Solution Managers.
- Contribute to architecture/value review documents (three times per year) and assist Solution Managers on project delivery, managing project scopes autonomously under supervision.
