Moët Hennessy seeks People Services Senior Specialist in New Delhi—drive HR process optimization, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management in hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert managing scalable operations across employee lifecycle events, including background checks, pre-onboarding, probation confirmation, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and timely employee master data within HR systems and generate compliance-ready employment documentation such as contracts, letters, and regulatory forms
- Administer comprehensive benefits operations including medical and insurance renewals, pension plan management, leave accrual tracking, and reward & recognition programs
- Support headcount, vacancy, mobility, social, and statutory reporting requirements while providing analytics for salary benchmarking surveys and social reporting
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, including contract maintenance, invoice processing, and service level optimization
- Participate in process improvement and automation projects to optimize service delivery, enhance scalability, and reduce manual touchpoints
- Provide ad-hoc support to local HR teams as needed, ensuring business continuity and responsiveness to regional HR requirements
- Monitor compliance standards, maintain up-to-date process documentation, de-escalate operational issues, and uphold the highest levels of data confidentiality and integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years of progressive experience in HR shared services, HR operations, or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in HR systems and HRIS platforms; SuccessFactors, Concur, and SAP experience advantageous
- Demonstrated expertise in employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex HR processes independently while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong vendor management capabilities and track record of optimizing service delivery and performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build collaborative relationships across functions
- Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive data-driven solutions
