Moët Hennessy seeks a People Services Partner in Singapore to lead HR service optimization and digital transformation across Asia-Pacific. 12-month contract role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design, operationalization and execution of key governance areas, ensuring scalable operations, strategic alignment and a service experience that is simple, human-centred and easy to navigate
  • Lead the optimization of the service catalog, planning capacity meticulously and measuring service levels rigorously to guarantee an exceptional employee experience
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex challenges, designing escalation paths, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering measurable solutions to minimize disruption
  • Simplify and streamline processes using technical acumen, leveraging automation, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and user experience
  • Develop and implement proactive vendor performance management strategies, fostering strong partnerships with external providers to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance
  • Plan and manage the intake and transformation of service requests, working cross-functionally to prioritize, execute and monitor changes that improve experiences across the organization
  • Design and implement a robust metrics and reporting framework, providing actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making for People Services leadership
  • Lead or participate in projects and initiatives that optimize People Services delivery through automation, lean thinking, and responsible use of digital and AI-enabled tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of people operations, HR services, or related business services experience
  • Strong proficiency in technology, automation, and data-driven HR tools with thoughtful, responsible approach to AI
  • Proven project management ability across multiple stakeholders with on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability with ability to identify root causes and track solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proven vendor management and performance optimization experience
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives with focus on employee engagement and minimal disruption

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in people operations, human resources services management, or related business services delivery. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable HR processes, managing cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, and driving organizational change. Experience working in multinational or matrix environments with exposure to regulatory and cultural complexities across multiple markets is highly valued.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Professional certification in HR, change management, or project management is advantageous.
