Moët Hennessy hiring People Services Partner in Singapore – 12-month contract role combining HR operations, payroll systems optimization, and process automation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design, operationalization, and execution of key governance areas, ensuring scalable operations and strategic alignment for HR services
- Lead the optimization of the service catalog, planning capacity and measuring service levels to guarantee exceptional employee experience
- Serve as the escalation point for complex challenges, designing escalation paths, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering measurable solutions
- Drive automation and streamlining of HR processes, leveraging digital solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and implement proactive vendor performance management strategies with external service providers
- Plan and manage the intake and transformation of service requests, working cross-functionally to prioritize and execute organizational changes
- Design and implement a robust metrics and reporting framework to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Lead or participate in projects that optimize People Services delivery through automation, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll systems, or People Services delivery
- Deep expertise in payroll IT systems management, including system implementation, process automation, and compliance
- Strong IT acumen and demonstrated proficiency in leveraging digital tools to streamline HR processes
- Proven project management experience leading complex IT or HR transformation initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify inefficiencies and develop effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Global mindset with demonstrated understanding of international mobility regulations and cultural nuances
- Proficiency with data analytics and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, payroll systems administration, or People Services delivery, with proven expertise in managing payroll IT systems, driving process automation, and leading cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrix organization. International exposure in mobility or expatriate management is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications in payroll, HRIS, project management (PMP), or process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.
