Moët Hennessy seeks People Services Partner for 12-month contract in Singapore. Lead HR operations, payroll systems optimization, and process automation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design, operationalization, and execution of key governance areas, ensuring scalable operations and strategic alignment for People Services delivery
- Lead optimization of the service catalog, planning capacity and measuring service levels to guarantee exceptional employee experience
- Serve as the escalation point for complex challenges, designing escalation paths and conducting root cause analysis to deliver measurable solutions
- Drive automation and streamlining of processes by leveraging digital solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy across payroll and HR systems
- Develop and implement proactive vendor performance management strategies and foster strong partnerships with external providers
- Plan and manage intake and transformation of service requests through cross-functional collaboration to prioritize and execute strategic changes
- Design and implement a robust metrics and reporting framework to provide actionable insights enabling data-driven decision-making for People Services leadership
- Lead or participate in projects and initiatives that optimize People Services delivery through automation, lean methodologies, and knowledge sharing across global operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, payroll systems management, or related People Services functions
- Deep expertise in payroll IT systems including implementation, process automation, data integrity, and compliance
- Proven experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of global mobility challenges and international employment regulations
- Proficiency in data analytics and ability to translate complex information into actionable business insights

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, payroll systems management, People Services delivery, or related functions. Demonstrated proficiency in managing and optimizing payroll IT systems, leading complex cross-functional projects, and driving process improvements through automation and digital solutions.
