Role & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design, operationalization, and execution of key governance areas, ensuring scalable operations and strategic alignment for HR services
• Lead the optimization of service catalog, meticulously planning capacity and measuring service levels to guarantee exceptional employee experience
• Serve as the escalation point for complex challenges, conducting in-depth root cause analysis and delivering measurable solutions
• Utilize technical acumen to drive automation and streamlining of payroll and HR processes, leveraging digital solutions to enhance efficiency
• Develop and implement proactive vendor performance management strategies, fostering strong partnerships with external providers
• Plan and manage intake and transformation of service requests, working cross-functionally to prioritize and execute changes
• Design and implement robust metrics and reporting framework, providing actionable insights for data-driven decision-making
• Lead or participate in projects optimizing People Services delivery through automation, lean concepts, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll IT systems management and optimization
• Extensive experience in system implementation, process automation, data integrity, and compliance management
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing escalation processes and root cause analysis
• Track record of successfully implementing metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance management strategies

Experience

Minimum 5 years of extensive experience managing and optimizing payroll IT systems, including system implementation, process automation, data integrity, compliance, and efficiency improvements. Demonstrated proficiency in leading complex IT projects focused on payroll system enhancements across multiple stakeholder environments. Strong background in identifying inefficiencies and developing effective solutions within HR service delivery contexts.
