Moët Hennessy seeks a Partnership Manager in Hong Kong to build strategic corporate partnerships and drive commercial growth across priority industries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure strategic partnerships across priority industries including banking & financial services, real estate and property developers, luxury brands, HNWI networks, automotive and insurance to extend business beyond traditional on‑trade and off‑trade channels.
- Translate partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes — drive incremental revenue, sales growth and increased brand visibility (target opportunity size HKD 10M incremental).
- Design and implement industry‑streamed partnership structures with clear ownership, governance and execution plans.
- Lead, coach and develop the partnership function, including oversight of the Corporate Partnership Lead and allocation of responsibilities across streams.
- Define and track KPIs, targets and success metrics for each partnership stream; establish hit lists, account growth ambitions and execution roadmaps.
- Partner closely with Finance, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure commercial discipline, compliance and flawless execution.
- Act as senior point of contact for external partners and internal leadership; manage partnership approvals, negotiations and ongoing relationship governance.
Qualifications
- Approximately 10 years of progressive experience in partnerships, alliances or business development roles with measurable commercial impact.
- Proven commercial acumen with an ROI‑focused, systems‑thinking approach to partnership design and monetisation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills; experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Cantonese) strongly preferred.
- Preferred: previous experience in wines & spirits, luxury brands or related premium industries.
- Preferred: WSET or equivalent wine & spirits qualification.
- Preferred: familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Aspire or Qlik Sense.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in partnerships, corporate alliances or business development, with a proven track record of closing high‑value B2B partnerships and delivering measurable revenue impact.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
