Moët Hennessy — Operations Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris (7th arrondissement). 12‑month hybrid internship starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary Paris-based point of contact for MH Wine Estates on Sustainability matters, liaising with MH central teams and individual Maisons.
  • Support Maisons in developing and implementing carbon emission reduction plans, and contribute to GHG accounting activities.
  • Coordinate LVMH annual environmental reporting for MHWE Maisons and prepare consolidated restitutions for MHWE stakeholders.
  • Contribute to eco-design, internal sustainability KPIs, transport-related decarbonization and regulatory monitoring.
  • Support Estate Directors and Safety Managers in safety reporting and in defining follow-up action plans and communications.
  • Develop, automate and maintain operational and supply‑chain reports using Excel and Power BI; analyse optimisation opportunities and quantify impact of improvements.

Qualifications

  • Engineering or Business degree (final-year student preferred) with strong interest in sustainability and operations.
  • Prior practical experience working on sustainability topics, including carbon footprint or reduction trajectories.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis and KPI development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English; ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.

Experience
