Moët Hennessy seeks a full-time On Trade Sales Intern in London to support champagne and spirits sales logistics and administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics and planning for over 80 annual customer visits to Champagne, Spirits, and Wine Maisons
  • Manage communications, bookings, and coordination between Maisons, sales teams, and customers
  • Track costs and maintain internal trackers related to Maison visits using Excel
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to ensure smooth execution of all visits
  • Manage email correspondence and platform updates in systems such as BHE
  • Ensure trips and requests align with company guidelines and hospitality expense compliance
  • Communicate and uphold company Maison trip policies with the sales team
  • Support sales administration, including point-of-sale and free stock ordering
  • Assist with organization and execution of ad-hoc events and UK-market Maison visits
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the On Trade toolbox
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the sales team remains organized and on track
  • Support data management in WEBCYCLE (invoice and payment management), RETOOL/ARIBA (purchase orders), and Salesforce.com/ASPIRE (CRM updates)
