Moët Hennessy seeks an On‑Trade Account Manager in Kuala Lumpur to grow sales across night‑channel outlets and manage wholesaler relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own distribution and share objectives for assigned on‑trade outlets, ensuring optimal presence of Moët Hennessy brands.
  • Develop and execute trade merchandising and activation plans to maximise visibility and sell‑through in night channels (pubs, bars, KTVs, hostess clubs).
  • Business partner with wholesalers and outlet owners to implement channel strategies, negotiate promotions and secure agreed commercial terms.
  • Meet sales targets and budgets set by sales management; prepare and submit timely sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Maintain credit control discipline for trade accounts and recommend acceptable credit levels to mitigate company risk.
  • Capture and update customer data, call notes and activation results in Aspire; actively use Salesforce and QLIK to track KPIs and adoption metrics (customer segmentation, callage, surveys, activations).

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in sales or account management with proven on‑trade exposure, preferably in night channels.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple accounts and concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen; experience with trade promotions and merchandising execution.
  • High standards of compliance, integrity and commitment to social sustainability.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Thorough knowledge of wine and spirits is highly desirable.

Experience
