Moët Hennessy seeks an On‑Trade Account Manager in Antwerp to grow gastronomy and luxury on‑trade accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of on‑trade accounts in Antwerp with a focus on gastronomy and premium/luxury venues.
- Develop new business by identifying prospects, converting them into accounts and expanding the local on‑trade network.
- Execute sales, distribution and brand image plans at point of sale to secure optimal listings and right assortments in targeted venues.
- Drive brand visibility through in‑outlet initiatives, event support and portfolio tastings to boost both volume and image.
- Monitor individual turnover targets, analyse account performance and profitability versus objectives, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain an accurate, high‑quality client database and ensure consistent day‑to‑day follow‑up and commercial relationship management.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in sales or account management, ideally within on‑trade, hospitality or premium beverage sectors.
- Proven track record managing day‑to‑day relationships with a portfolio of small to mid‑sized accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the Antwerp on‑trade scene, with contacts in gastronomy and luxury hospitality venues; residency in Antwerp is an advantage.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English to manage local and multilingual customer interactions.
- Ability to represent premium brands professionally and to conduct high‑quality portfolio tastings.

Minimum 3–5 years in sales or account management with experience managing on‑trade or hospitality accounts; demonstrable exposure to gastronomy and premium/luxury venues in Antwerp or a comparable market.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, hospitality, sales or a related discipline preferred.
