Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office administration: mail handling, invoice processing and digital filing.
  • Act as on-site contact to ensure smooth daily office operations and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Assist with fleet administration, including vehicle intake, key management and fuel card coordination.
  • Manage communication with external service providers (telecommunications, mobility services) and support contract or support-related follow-ups.
  • Support internal logistical processes such as shipping IT equipment and maintaining operational lists and systems.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree (e.g., business administration, hospitality, languages) or comparable vocational training.
  • Initial practical experience through previous internships or working-student positions in administrative or office roles.
  • Fluent German and strong professional English communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Professional demeanour for interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
