Moët Hennessy seeks Office and Employee Experience Administrator in Sydney, Australia. Full-time role managing office operations, HR logistics, and employee engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and facility coordination in partnership with the Executive Assistant, ensuring a safe, clean, professionally maintained, and brand-aligned work environment
- Act as primary liaison with landlord and building management, coordinating maintenance and cleaning services, vendor management, and compliance with local workplace safety requirements
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, including access passes, locker allocation, communication, and coordination with Finance to track office expenses
- Source and manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, stationery, and kitchen supplies; monitor inventory and replenish stock proactively
- Serve as primary point of contact for reception, managing visitor logistics, building access, meeting rooms, hospitality, mail, deliveries, and general enquiries
- Support HR administrative activities across the employee lifecycle, including benefits administration, recognition programs, and employee communications
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, team-building events, training programs, and internal communications as a member of the Culture Club
- Coordinate monthly and ad hoc townhalls, brand immersions, conferences, and training sessions, including venue selection, catering, communications, and logistics
- Serve as primary contact for industry associations, managing memberships, event registrations, correspondence, and company participation in association events
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Executive Committee and Managing Director, particularly during periods of Executive Assistant absence
Qualifications
- Tertiary education in business administration or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in office administration or facilities coordination
- Experience in a multinational environment, preferably in luxury, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for budgeting and reporting, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Professional external-facing presence and confidence
- High discretion and integrity with confidential information
Skills
Experience
3–5 years in office administration, facilities coordination, or related administrative roles in a multinational corporate environment. Experience in luxury, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is advantageous. Familiarity with industry association management, external stakeholder coordination, and Australian workplace compliance regulations is valued.
Education
Tertiary education in business administration or equivalent professional experience in office operations and administration.
