Moët Hennessy seeks Off-Trade Sector Manager for Rennes region in this 4-6 month commercial role managing wine and spirits retail partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and drive key performance indicators to achieve sales targets and implement corrective action plans
  • Maximize product placement and shelf visibility across the off-trade customer portfolio
  • Develop and amplify merchandising strategies that showcase the premium and luxury positioning of Moët Hennessy brands
  • Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns in collaboration with regional and headquarters teams
  • Negotiate optimal product placement and promotional support with store managers and department heads
  • Build deep product knowledge and serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador to educate retail partners
  • Conduct product training sessions with retail staff to strengthen their understanding of portfolio heritage, technical qualities, and brand distinctions
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and identify business development opportunities
  • Track compliance with commercial terms and conditions
  • Report on sales forecasts and recommend operational improvements to support continuous excellence

Qualifications
