Moët Hennessy — Off-Trade Sales Intern in Mexico City (hybrid). Support corporate sales with database management, reporting, prospecting and client onboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the commercial database to ensure accurate, organised sales information.
- Prepare commercial support materials including quotations, PowerPoint presentations and follow-up reports for the Corporate Sales team.
- Produce daily sales reports and provide general administrative support to the sales organisation.
- Support corporate channel processes such as client onboarding, re‑invoicing and related operational tasks.
- Track leads and follow up on client quotations and ongoing projects to ensure timely progression.
- Assist with client prospecting via calls, emails and WhatsApp and register potential corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, market trends and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Previous internships or similar commercial experience highly valued.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities with solid administrative attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to act as a brand ambassador.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate data-driven proposals and identify commercial opportunities.
- Collaborative team player with high energy, proactivity and a results-driven attitude.
