Moët Hennessy seeks an Off-Trade Account Manager in Singapore to manage retail accounts, distribution and trade activations for its luxury wines & spirits portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary business partner for assigned off-trade outlets to ensure optimal distribution and market presence of the portfolio.
  • Plan and execute trade activations and merchandising programmes (POSM, in‑store displays) to maximise brand visibility and consumer demand.
  • Identify and onboard new outlets, negotiate terms, and implement promotional actions in line with brand standards.
  • Manage trade accounts with a commercial focus: portfolio optimisation, forecasting, sales target fulfilment and regular performance feedback to management.
  • Control credit exposure and receivables: recommend appropriate credit and decoration levels, and ensure monthly collection targets are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers and outlet owners to grow existing business and generate new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and data updates in Aspire and other internal systems; support occasional evening or nationwide events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the Retail/Off‑Trade channel.
  • Experience in the Wine & Spirits sector or broader FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of growing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong commercial and trade marketing skills, including negotiating annual contracts, managing trade terms, and delivering retail activations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.
  • High standards of integrity and compliance; commitment to social and environmental sustainability.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide and support occasional evening brand or corporate events.
