Moët & Chandon temporary Oenotourism Experience Development Manager role in Epernay, France (July–December 2026). Manage luxury Champagne house guest experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via email, phone, and online ticketing platforms while safeguarding the houses' brand reputation
  • Assess customer needs and recommend oenotourism experiences (cave visits, private events, food-and-beverage offerings) matched to client profiles and house-specific strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of each house's offerings and develop bespoke propositions aligned with local, national, and international brand positioning
  • Coordinate continuous communication between customers and front-office teams, gathering and disseminating information to optimise the customer journey
  • Manage commercial operations for visits and receptions, handling sales inquiries, visitor product sales, and custom reception proposals from initial contact through invoicing
  • Oversee online reservation systems, including system configuration, offer creation, departure scheduling, and dynamic pricing
  • Handle customer relationship management, including complaints resolution, online customer service, refunds processing, and post-experience follow-up to foster loyalty
  • Create and maintain detailed reservation files, tracking all administrative requirements from quote through invoice and payment settlement
  • Optimise scheduling and resource allocation across all sites in accordance with each house's commercial policy and operational constraints
  • Manage administrative workflows for paid receptions, including purchase orders, sales invoicing, contract establishment, deposit tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Monitor and update tourism and digital platforms with current offerings and maintain awareness of regional oenotourism trends in Champagne

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (tourism, hospitality, or technical sales environment)
  • Advanced customer relationship management and commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills across multiple simultaneous projects
