Moët Hennessy seeks National HORECA Assistant Manager in Taipei to drive luxury wine, champagne, and spirits presence across international accounts and premium hospitality venues.
Role & Responsibilities
- Scope and map the International Account Channel landscape, including international hotel groups, fine dining restaurants, and premium chained food and beverage operators
- Define channel strategy, segmentation, and prioritization of key accounts in alignment with overall commercial objectives
- Establish clear growth plans by account segments with focus on sustainable value growth and brand elevation
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with international hotel groups, fine dining restaurants, and premium chained food and beverage accounts
- Lead contract negotiations, listing agreements, and joint business planning with priority accounts
- Identify new business opportunities including new hotel openings, restaurant group expansions, and emerging premium dining concepts
- Drive brand image and desirability through strategic brand collaborations, contracts, and activation programs across wine, champagne, and spirits portfolios
- Partner with Marketing and Brand Teams to execute high-impact activations aligned with Maison strategies and international account needs
- Ensure consistency of brand image, visibility, and execution excellence across key accounts
- Expand brand footprint across international accounts through menu placements, venue penetration, and multi-outlet listings
- Drive by-the-glass strategies across various consumption occasions including dining, celebrations, bar programs, and events
- Develop tailored proposals by account and occasion to maximize visibility and trial
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering strong account management and commercial capabilities
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations to deliver integrated account plans
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 10 years of commercial background within multinational companies with a sales focus
- 5–10 years of experience at management level
- Solid working experience in sales function covering the HORECA sector
- Experience in selling to international hotel chains and properties preferred
- Familiarity with local alcohol-related regulations
- Strong people management and leadership skills
