Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute channel strategy for international hotel groups, fine‑dining restaurants and premium chained food & beverage operators across Taiwan.
- Scope and map the international account landscape, segment priorities and translate commercial objectives into actionable account plans.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with priority HORECA accounts; lead contract negotiations, listing agreements and joint business planning.
- Drive brand building and activation programs in partnership with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure consistent Maison positioning and high‑impact on‑trade visibility.
- Expand footprint through menu placements, multi‑outlet listings and by‑the‑glass strategies; deliver tailored proposals by account and occasion to maximise trial and penetration.
- Lead, coach and develop one to two team members; collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Marketing, Finance and Sales Operations to deliver integrated account plans.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience within multinational companies with a strong sales focus; 5–10 years at management level preferred.
- Proven track record selling to the HORECA sector, ideally including international hotel chains and premium dining groups.
- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities, with demonstrable experience closing and managing strategic agreements.
- Proven people leadership skills with experience coaching small teams and developing commercial capabilities.
- Familiarity with local alcohol regulations and on‑trade commercial frameworks.
- Good command of English.
