Role & Responsibilities
- Create and manage national program calendars for Brand and Commercial teams to ensure alignment across all initiatives
- Assist marketing leadership with Brand Planning process requirements including planning strategy, key milestones, POSM timing, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Lead and communicate POSM (Point of Sale Materials) allocations throughout the fiscal year as needed
- Manage asset repositories including Trade Portal and Print on Demand platforms to ensure delivery of commercial team requirements while maintaining brand standards
- Track and monitor POSM planning, market execution, and communications across Moët Hennessy USA
- Centralize and maintain annual brand and program details for organizational transparency
- Support execution needs and deliverables for the Annual Distributor Conference
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Trade, Regional, Customer Programming, and Commercial teams to establish clear strategy and commercial guidelines
- Establish project timelines and monitor progress at 3-month, 6-month, and 9-month intervals to meet stakeholder expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent professional experience in relevant industry
- 1–3+ years of trade marketing or creative marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods, luxury environment, or subchannel
- Demonstrated experience taking projects from concept through full activation
- Strong art direction and brand strategy experience
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation

Experience
1–3+ years of trade marketing or creative marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods, luxury environments, or subchannel marketing. Experience within the beverage alcohol industry and three-tier system is advantageous but not required. Proven track record of managing projects from concept through activation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent professional experience in a relevant industry.
