Moët Hennessy — Marketing Intern, Travel Retail Europe (Paris). End‑of‑programme internship starting September; support retail & marketing for travel retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail & Marketing TRE team in implementing retail and marketing strategies to drive business growth across the travel retail channel.
- Collaborate with the Retail & Marketing Manager (TRE) on the Avolta and Heinemann perimeters, acting as a liaison with internal sales teams and external marketing & retail agencies.
- Conceive and help implement permanent and temporary 360° concepts for airport boutiques across Europe to optimise shopper experience and commercial performance.
- Act as the preferred point of contact for sales teams on day‑to‑day marketing needs, including product assortment and planogramming.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of customer experience and operational tools for boutique channels; monitor and report on retail performance.
- Support communication activities across E‑retail, press and social media channels.
- Prepare internal materials such as newsletters, performance reports, marketing updates and best‑practice presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme and seeking an end‑of‑programme internship (required).
- Previous marketing or luxury retail experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional European languages highly appreciated.
- Good understanding of retail fundamentals, consumer journey and customer experience principles.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage complexity in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
- International exposure or experience is a plus.
