Moët Hennessy seeks a Marketing Intern in Shanghai to support brand promotional campaigns, coordination, and event logistics in the luxury wine and spirits sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist brand team with promotional campaigns across all channels
- Liaise with trade marketing and sales teams to develop printing collaterals and point-of-sale training materials
- Coordinate with external agencies on execution details and promotion execution books
- Track and report on promotion performance metrics
- Manage A&P workflow and Concur documentation
- Process FOC applications and coordinate POS deliveries
- Prepare documentation for legal and compliance review
- Provide logistical support for brand events
- Travel domestically as needed to support promotional campaigns and brand events
Qualifications
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
- Logical thinker with demonstrated organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Native or fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or English preferred
