Moët Hennessy seeks a Marketing Intern in Shanghai to support brand promotional campaigns, coordination, and event logistics in the luxury wine and spirits sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist brand team with promotional campaigns across all channels
  • Liaise with trade marketing and sales teams to develop printing collaterals and point-of-sale training materials
  • Coordinate with external agencies on execution details and promotion execution books
  • Track and report on promotion performance metrics
  • Manage A&P workflow and Concur documentation
  • Process FOC applications and coordinate POS deliveries
  • Prepare documentation for legal and compliance review
  • Provide logistical support for brand events
  • Travel domestically as needed to support promotional campaigns and brand events

Qualifications

  • Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
  • Logical thinker with demonstrated organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Native or fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or English preferred
