Moët Hennessy seeks a Marketing Intern in Milan to support brand trade marketing, events and communications across the Italian portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Brand Managers across the Italian portfolio in the execution of marketing and communications activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of trade marketing plans at national level.
- Create promotional materials and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events and in-store activations.
- Review and update communications content across CRM and website channels.
- Liaise with external suppliers including advertising, graphic, media and PR & communication agencies.
- Prepare purchase orders and manage administrative aspects of procurement.
- Log and track inbound shipments of marketing materials and bottles.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluent in English.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with external agencies.
- Available to work on-site in Milan for the duration of the internship.
