12-month marketing internship at Moët Hennessy in Zurich. Support luxury wine and spirits brand activations, PR, and events. Hybrid role requiring German and English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of briefs for marketing activations in ON and OFF premise trade channels and liaise with external agencies
- Assist in the execution of brand activities including POS materials, value-added packs, and brand events across portfolio and partner channels
- Present and represent brand activities to clients, journalists, and external stakeholders
- Support daily sales team requests including product sheets, visuals, and sales documentation
- Maintain and update marketing support files including product catalogues, value-added packs, and POS material inventories
- Support digitalization initiatives including digital asset development, campaign monitoring, and social media analysis
- Conduct trend analysis and develop actionable conclusions and recommendations
- Manage administrative tasks including purchase orders, invoicing, supplier account creation, and product article setup
- Coordinate logistics for PR events including material ordering and organizational support
- Process and fulfill journalist material and product requests, organizing press trips and briefings
- Conduct image and press text research using Moët Hennessy libraries and prepare clipping summaries
- Support Brand Manager presentations for business reviews and maintain market/consumer insights tracking
- Coordinate general team logistics including meeting organization and calendar alignment
- Provide executive and administrative support including travel planning, expense reports, and meeting documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in international marketing, communication, or business
- Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for gastronomy and/or wines and spirits industry
- Fluency in German and English (French is advantageous)
- Team player with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Organized, rigorous approach with hands-on mentality and proactive mindset
